Over 100 years ago a local man had a vision for the community at large by providing a trust fund for the establishment and maintenance of a permanent residence for aging seniors in the New Britain area. The generosity of Augustus S. Jerome resulted in the founding of the Jerome Home which opened at 975 Corbin Ave. in 1932. Come celebrate the occasion on Oct. 19!
