Susan Kuchman is responsible for the day-to-day of the Human Resource Department serving 278 employees. HR operations include employment processing, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, employee relations, coaching, review job descriptions. Sue also assists managers with employee counseling and performance improvement plans. She holds experience in customer service with a local telephone company. She joined the Jerome Home team 23 years ago.
