Pat Eleveld holds 37 years of experience in the nursing field, most recently in homecare and assisted living. She was instrumental in the opening of Arbor Rose in 2008 by bringing in new residents and in hiring/training nursing staff. In her role as wellness director and supervisor of assisted living services, she ensures the health and safety of all residents by coordinating resident-centered care along with the residents, families and staff. As an educator, Pat keeps her staff up to date with best practices by providing opportunities for attendance at local educational conferences and by conducting in-house trainings.
