Norman Aldrich

Building Services Director, Jerome Home and Arbor Rose

Norman Aldrich is responsible for the day-to-day mechanical and environmental operation of Jerome Home and Arbor Rose, which includes the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry departments. He studied HVAC and welding, and has experience in both fields in addition to working in construction for 10 years. For the past decade, Norman has worked in long-term healthcare facilities maintenance as a director and construction project management. He joined the Jerome Home/Arbor Rose team in August 2016.
