Michelle Daigle is responsible for the overall daily responsibilities of the Infection Prevention Department in conjunction with the director of nursing. She holds an associate degree in science in nursing from Capital Community College and possesses the necessary skills trained for Infection Prevention in the healthcare setting. Michelle has 20 years of extensive experience in post-acute and long-term care. She demonstrates the ability to utilize patient management skills to enhance the quality of life and increase patient satisfaction. Her prior experience includes director of nursing services, assistant director of nursing services, infection prevention and wound care nurse, staff development coordinator, charge nurse and certified nursing assistant.
