Laurel Whalen is the outpatient physical therapist with Jerome Home’s outpatient rehabilitation services, which offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. She has more than 12 years of outpatient therapy experience and was integral in developing the successful outpatient therapy program at Southington Care Center before transitioning to Jerome Home.
