Karen was in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, the majority of which was at The Aqua Turf Club in Southington as assistant manager and was promoted to general manager. Karen, a Southington resident, said her new role will give her the opportunity to utilize her background in a new field of healthcare.

In her role, Karen will be responsible for the admissions of independent, assisted living and memory care. She will have the opportunity to connect with the community to provide services that support health, independence, and dignity for seniors. She said, “I am excited to learn and continue to work with this vibrant community.”
