Donna Valente is responsible for developing, implementing and conducting programs that appeal to resident interests and maximizing their participation. She is a graduate of Manchester Community College with a certificate in therapeutic recreation. Donna  hires, orients, motivates, trains and evaluates activities assistants and volunteers as well as manages the activities budget, monthly calendars and daily activity sheets. Donna developed and implemented activities and care plans for the the Bridge Program, which is designed to address the needs of residents living in the independent and assisted living apartments with mild to moderate memory loss and cognitive deficits.
