Crisla Ryan’s responsibilities include managing work areas and specific functions to ensure that high quality, cost-effective products/services are delivered by the department in support of the strategic plan and its goals/objectives. She establishes performance expectations by coaching, developing and evaluating performance to enable employees to be successful in contributing to the achievement of individual and department objectives. She uses resources to achieve the goals and objectives of the department within established budgets by determining future needs, monitoring actual progress, and allocating resources to meet a changing environment. Crisla seeks opportunities to model teamwork through collaboration both within and outside the department in support of the organization’s objectives. Her prior therapy experience was at Southington Care Center as the Occupational Therapy Supervisor as well as the Director of Rehabilitation. Previously she was also a staff occupational therapist working with traumatic brain injured patients in a hospital setting.
