To help individuals learn more about this serious illness, Hartford HealthCare at Home will be offering three information sessions on Thursday, Oct. 5, National Depression Screening Day. Nurses from Hartford HealthCare at Home will be available to talk individually and confidentially with people about symptoms of depression or anxiety that they may be experiencing. Discussion will also include suggestions on improving everyday moods. No appointments are necessary.
These sessions will be held at:
Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St., Plainville, 10 a.m. to noon
Rose City Senior Center, 8 Mahan Drive, Norwich, 10 a.m. to noon
Arbor Rose at Jerome Home, 975 Corbin Ave., New Britain, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
