Violetta Tokarczyk is responsible for overall operation of the Dining Services Department of Arbor Rose. She holds an associate degree in administration and accounting from Post College in Poland. She has 15 years of experience working in food industry, including management and culinary art. She takes pride in the Arbor Rose dining experience and has demonstrated her expertise in the culinary arts, presenting programs for residents and the community at large.
