Susann Pavano is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of Jerome Home to include management of 40 nursing staff, quality outcomes, health and wellness of 120 residents. She has been at Jerome Home since 2008 where she started as the assistant director of nursing, moving into the director role in 2012. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s Hospital School of Nursing and is pursuing coursework towards her bachelor of science in nursing and management. Her professional experience includes work as a hospital nurse both on a medical surgical unit and in the recovery room. She was also charge nurse, supervisor, Minimum Data Set coordinator, assistant director of nursing services and director of wellness.
