Director of Dining Services, Jerome Home
Greg Siron is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the Jerome Home Dietary Department to provide dietetic services to residents, employees, and guests as well as promote the mission, vision and values of the organization through food hospitality. He holds an associate degree in criminal justice and is pursuing his Dietary Manager Certification. Greg’s entire career has been working with the older population. His goal is to enhance the residents’ lives through food and social events to ensure Jerome Home is truly like home.
